Trust & safety
This is the part we don’t cut corners on.
- ID-verified leaders. Every leader is ID and phone verified before they can list, and must add a real profile photo. It shows on every trip card so you know who’s leading.
- Businesses welcome, real people behind them. Already run trips under a brand? List under that name. Verification still checks the real person signing up, not just a business name, so no one can hide behind a logo.
- Escrow on every booking. We hold your payment and release it to the leader after the trip, with a hold period for disputes.
- Published cancellation policy. Full refund 14+ days out, 50% at 7–13 days, none inside 7 days. And always a full refund if the leader cancels or the trip doesn’t hit minimum numbers.
- Reviews on both sides. Travellers rate leaders, leaders rate travellers. The thing that makes a stranger safe to share a trip with.
