Account details (name, email, phone), payment details processed by our payment provider (we never store your full card or M-Pesa PIN), booking history, and the messages you send through the platform.
2. How we use it
To run bookings and escrow payments, verify leader identity, show you relevant trips, and contact you about a booking you’ve made. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. What other users can see
Your display name, review history, and (for leaders) your verification tier and profile photo are visible to other users. Your phone number stays private and is never shown to another user without your explicit action.
4. Your rights
Under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. Contact us to make a request.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use minimal, essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used in aggregate.
