The route
Day by day, stop by stop. Leaders can add a real photo per stop once photo uploads go live.
Arrival
Group pickup from Mombasa, transfer to Diani, check-in, sunset at the beach bar.
Dhow day
Full day dhow trip. Snorkelling at the reef, seafood lunch on board, back for sunset.
Free day
Open day. Optional kite-surfing lessons, Kaya forest walk, or just the beach. Group dinner in the evening.
Departure
Late checkout, transfer back to Mombasa for the return journey.
